Quick Diagnostic Flow

Cause: Session token is missing or expired.Fix:
  1. Re-authenticate in Bud Admin.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Verify you have permissions for the selected project.
Cause: Incorrect model binding, unavailable endpoint, or invalid settings.Fix:
  1. Re-select model in the pane.
  2. Retry with default generation settings.
  3. Test with a shorter prompt.
Cause: High temperature or prompt ambiguity.Fix:
  1. Lower temperature.
  2. Add explicit format constraints.
  3. Use a fixed prompt template for evaluation.
Cause: Sessions are not named consistently.Fix:
  1. Use a standard naming format (task-model-date).
  2. Keep notes on prompt versions and settings.

When to Escalate

Escalate to platform support when:
  • Access failures persist after re-login.
  • Multiple models fail across projects.
  • Response latency spikes suddenly for previously stable prompts.
